Our Management

My name is Pasquale, and I’m the founder of synvert Data Insights, which I built with my business partner David. The two of us have been working together for over 17 years. We both come from IT consultancy backgrounds and it was always important for us to work in a non-political and innovative environment. We founded the company on the principle of working freely, and with a strong focus on self-management. First and foremost, we wanted to create a company that offered its employees an environment in which they could realize their potential without unnecessary constraints, in which they could contribute their ideas and drive innovation. At the same time, we wanted to address the challenges companies face grappling with ever-growing amounts of data. We know that we can use our expertise to help make good data-driven business solutions available.
